To ensure your package is received and processed without delays, every shipment to our Florida warehouse must include the following on the label:

  • Your full name (must match your account name)
  • Full street address, city, state and ZIP code
  • Your JamJet suite/mailbox number — this is mandatory

⚠️ Missing mailbox numbers result in processing delays and additional fees. Always include your unique JamJet account number on every shipment.

🛃 Customs & Invoice Requirements

All packages require a tracking number and purchase invoice upon receipt to avoid customs delays.

  • Packages with invoice value over US$100 will be flagged by customs
  • Flagged packages require your TRN number and original PDF invoice
  • Customs duties and taxes will apply on flagged packages
  • Shipments are only released after customs payment is confirmed
  • Never submit an altered or edited invoice — this may result in penalties

🔍 Unknown & Missing Packages

A package becomes unknown when your JamJet suite/mailbox number is missing from the shipping label. Unknown packages are sorted on:

Fees that apply to missing or unknown packages:

  • Unknown package admin fee: USD$25
  • Lost package investigation: Up to USD$25
  • Storage after 5 days: J$150/day

Terms & Conditions

1. General

By using JamJet Courier Services you agree to these terms. JamJet reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final charges are based on actual weight rounded up to the nearest whole pound. Processing and handling fees are charged per package.

3. Payment

All invoices must be paid in full upon receipt. For same-day delivery, bank transfers must be received and confirmed by 12:00 PM. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp to 876 310 2228. Shipments will not be released until payment is verified.

4. Storage

Packages held beyond 7 days will incur a storage fee of J$150 per day. Packages uncollected after 30 days may be disposed of or auctioned without further notice.

5. Customs & Duties

Customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. Packages with an invoice value over US$100 will be assessed by Jamaica Customs Agency. JamJet is not responsible for customs delays caused by missing, incorrect, or altered documentation. Submitting a fraudulent invoice may result in legal penalties.

6. Liability

JamJet is not liable for damages, delays, or losses once cargo has been handed over to ports, airline carriers, or third-party delivery partners. JamJet is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit to the final recipient after leaving our facility.

7. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship prohibited items including but not limited to: illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, perishable foods, live animals, money, gift cards, or bank cards. Prohibited shipments will be reported to the relevant authorities. See our Resources section for full regulatory guidance.

8. Flight Delays

JamJet is not responsible for delays caused by flight cancellations, weather conditions, airline operational issues, or customs processing. Affected shipments will be rescheduled on the next available flight. Customers will be notified promptly via WhatsApp.

9. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing shipments and providing courier services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.

10. Business Hours
